If the owner is a company, a copy of the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE REGISTRATION is required along with the PIECE OF IDENTITY OF THE LEGAL REPRESENTATIVE

If the owner is deceased, an original self-declaration letter on plain paper is required, signed by one of the heirs with a copy of a piece of identity attached, which authorises us to cancel the vehicle in the name of the deceased. If other heirs are mentioned in the self-declaration letter, a copy of their piece of identity needs to be attached as well.

Following this, the certificate of completion will be issued digitally that the car will be taken of the road, proof that the vehicle has been removed permanently.
